These extra 20 pounds are starting to wreck havoc on my body. And, no matter how much yoga, low weight lifting, or walking I do, my frame just can't keep up.
Fortunately, I have the luxury to neither sit nor stand too long while at work. I can walk down the hall or close my office door and stretch if need be. But, I think about the millions of women, who like me, have to go to work every day, but spend hours and hours on their feet and my heart goes out to them. I just don't know how they do it.
