21-day yoga challenge

Since May 1, I've been participating in 21-day yoga challenge. A few weeks ago, I was looking for something realistic that I could do on a daily basis. Not only do I need to really get back in shape, but I want to start preparing physically and mentally for yoga teacher training in the fall. And, this challenge is perfect. It's an early morning 30-minute practice. There are no excuses.
